Do you have family rooms?
We can offer a double room with a maximum of one additional bed, or alternatively two rooms with a connecting door between them.
Subject to availability, you can also book two rooms with a connecting door, with six beds in total.
Our “Standard, extra bed” rooms sleep three adults. If you are a family of four, one child aged up to 8 can share the parents’ bed at no extra cost. For one additional child up to the age of 12, there will be an added charge of SEK 100 per night in an extra bed.
What parking options are available?
We offer two different options:
The Gothia Towers Garage costs SEK 295 for 24 hours, including valet parking. On arrival at the hotel, leave your car at the check-in/check-out car parking area outside the entrance, and leave your keys at the Guest Service desk when checking in. Your car will be parked in our locked, heated car park.
Please book a parking space in our covered car park when booking your room!
The Focus P covered car park costs SEK 195 for 24 hours. This alternative cannot be booked. On arrival at the hotel, you can buy a ticket from the Guest Service desk when checking in. You should then park your car in the Focus P car park next to the hotel. Drive in via the centre lane and up to level 3, where there is an enclosed, locked area for Gothia Towers guests. You can use your ticket to enter and leave.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 15:00, and the latest check-out time is 11:00.
How can I book a room using a gift card?
If you have a gift card or a voucher, you can book directly by telephone or e-mail.
How can I amend/cancel/check my booking?
Bookings made via our website can be amended/cancelled/checked online. Click on “Manage online reservation” under “Book”.
Bookings made directly by telephone or e-mail will not be shown on our website. To amend/cancel/check these bookings, please contact the hotel by telephone or e-mail.
Can I make a booking via the website without entering my credit card details?
All bookings made via the website must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number.
You will then pay at the hotel, unless otherwise stated.
I haven’t received a booking confirmation. What should I do?
Please contact the hotel, and we will send you a manual confirmation. If you do not have a booking confirmation when you arrive, you can check in using your name.
How do I join your loyal guest scheme?
Complete an application on our website, or fill in a form during your stay. A loyal guest card will then be sent to you by post.
How old do I have to be to stay at the hotel?
You must be at least 18 years old to check in at Gothia Towers.
Do you offer breakfast options for allergy sufferers?
Yes, we have a wide range of breakfast options, including gluten- and lactose-free alternatives.
Can pets stay at the hotel?
We only have a few rooms in which dogs can stay. To book a dog room, please call or e-mail the hotel booking team direct.
