Krister Dahl welcomes you!
Only one person in the world has ever won four gold medals at the Culinary Olympics – the international cookery competition at the Culinary Arts trade fair. His name is Krister Dahl, and he just so happens to be Executive Chef at Gothia Towers.
He guarantees that all the food and drink served under our roof – from coffee trolleys to gourmet meals at Upper House Dining – always meets the highest levels of quality.
Krister has more than two decades of experience in the profession, including Nobel Banquets, prestigious head chef positions and many years with the Swedish Culinary Team. He has also successfully run his own restaurant.
He is now proud to welcome you to Gothia Towers, and wishes you bon appétit!
