Estrad is a venue with a tavern-like feel. Here you’ll find bars, stages, a dance floor and a dining area for grand three-course meals. But the open kitchen is the real spectacle. Here, you and your guests can watch our chefs preparing your meals.
Here, it’s your needs and wishes that count – and your project manager will help you to ensure that they are met. Chocolate tasting, whisky tasting, cheese tasting, masked balls, concerts, shows, weddings… Your imagination is the only limit! We can make it happen.

Thanks to smart, flexible solutions, Estrad is truly versatile. A bright and breezy breakfast room, an attractive lunch restaurant, and the ideal venue for parties, with its bar and stage. The room can easily be divided up into three different sections: serve welcome drinks in one, hold a banquet in another, then put on a show complete with dancing. A stage big enough for an orchestra can easily be lowered down from one of the walls. Need an even bigger stage? Talk to our project managers, and we’ll arrange it! Estrad also has a show kitchen, where our skilled chefs can demonstrate their skills and serve guests straight away.
Breakfast at Estrad is a satisfying, laid-back experience, ensuring a great start to the day. The generous buffet includes freshly baked bread, tasty toppings, yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee. Sit back and relax!
Our varied lunch buffet features an environmentally aware, health-conscious focus. Every day we offer three lunch choices: meat, fish and vegetarian options, one of which is always soup. This is accompanied by a tempting salad buffet and something light to round off the meal. Delicious and wholesome.
As a function room, Estrad offers an experience that is out of the ordinary – and the same is true of the food. Our chefs – led by the Swedish Culinary Team’s Krister Dahl – serve up creative, contemporary dishes. You can expect delicious, varied food.
